AMONG THE ROWS BEES, ROSES AND WILD FLOWERS
The Prosecco vineyards are located in Cavaso, Possagno, Monfumo and Asolo. Cultivation is based on an organic approach with the aim of achieving a biodynamic totality. The basic ethical choice is therefore to work the land respecting the environment, animals and residents. In the less hilly vineyards, flowers are planted, in alternate rows, to help bees, insects and defend the health of the earth.
San Vettor is an SQNPI certified wine producer, which means that the company guarantees the conservation of the biodiversity of the vineyard, minimizes the environmental impact and has developed a fully traceable supply chain.
